I lead and scale operations at Drive Sally, overseeing a fleet of more than 2,000 vehicles across four metropolitan markets. My role spans branch operations, service and repair, sales, customer support, collections, and company-wide strategic initiatives focused on operational performance, scalability, and business growth. I oversee functions representing 85% of the company's workforce.
Achieved and maintained record fleet utilization of over 90% for 16 consecutive weeks through pricing strategy, customer acquisition and retention initiatives, operational and customer support improvements, and new service and repair workflows. The company had never previously sustained more than one week above 90% in its ten-year history.

Led strategy and digital transformation engagements for startups and global enterprises. Directed cross-functional teams across product, design, and engineering, advised senior client stakeholders, supported sales and account growth, and developed product strategy methodologies used across the organization.
Delta Air Lines: Led the vision and product strategy for the Connected Cabin, the in-flight entertainment and device connectivity ecosystem used by passengers across the Delta Air Lines fleet. This initiative combined significant research, design workshops, concept validation, business analysis, and product planning to define Delta's digitally enabled passenger experience. After launch, this product won the Crystal Cabin Award, a prestigious award in the airline industry.
PIMCO: Led the product strategy and design for the firm's custom CRM, which became the second most-used tool in the organization after the Microsoft Office suite. This work included over 200 user interviews and prototype tests, multiple client workshops, and dozens of design iterations.
Mint Mobile: Led product discovery for the Mint Mobile app, which contributed to a 400% increase in new customer activations following launch.
Led strategic engagements for additional clients including Hitachi, Sanofi, Wiley, PetMeds, Strayer University, Princeton University Press, and AccuWeather.
